Terms & Conditions


Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and Century Coaching reserves the right to cancel or re book at any time. Century Coaching reserves the right to modify a programme due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. In the case of a venue cancelling a session that cannot be replaced then all participants will be offered an alternative venue to be arranged that Century Coaching deem to be suitable, if this session can not be attended then Century Coaching will accept no further liability. Cancellations to any winter academy sessions or other indoor sessions, caused by adverse weather conditions will not result in any refunds.


Refunds will not be given for sessions/courses that need to be unavoidably cancelled or if a child/adult cannot attend. Courses have a maximum and minimum number, so book early to avoid disappointment. Full payment must be received a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of any course, failure to do so can result in the loss of the place on the course as well as a loss of payment. Please note if a 1-2-1 booking has to be cancelled, 48 hours notice must be given otherwise the full charge is applicable.


Please note that refunds or transfers to be issued due to injury need to be supported by an official doctor’s certificate confirming that the participant’s physical health is no longer suitable to take part in the remaining sessions. This will be down to the discretion of Century Coaching.


Cancellation can only be accepted 2 weeks before the commencement of a course; refunds are only available if places can be re-allocated. Bookings are on a first come first served basis and places are confirmed upon receipt of payment.


Neither Century Coaching nor any of its staff nor persons involved with the organisation of ’Century Coaching’ accepts liability for any losses or additional expenses incurred by any participant or their parents or guardians due to injury or sickness, strikes, war or any other cause beyond their control, whilst at a ‘Century Coaching’ course or coaching session.


Camp/Session Information: You will receive a camp/session information email one week prior to the commencement of the camp/session booked that will contain the relevant information. 


What will my child be doing: Our camps are flexible to meet the needs of the attending participants in respect to age, stage and experience. We reserve the right to offer appropriate activities that meet the needs and safety of each individual participant. An example of a typical camp day can be found on our website. 


Changes to a current booking: We understand there might be times you may have to change a booking. Providing there are spaces on alternative days/courses and 10 days notice is given, you may change courses free of charge. Less than 10 days notice may be subject to our above cancellation policy at the discretion of the Century Coaching.


Cancellation Policy - Holiday Coaching Camps


Cancellation can only be accepted 2 weeks before the commencement of the camp. We require at least 48 hours notice prior to any cancellation for any booking to guarantee a full refund (minus a 30% cancellation fee). Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.


Refunds will not be given if a child attends a camp or course under any circumstances.


What happens if it rains? The Century Coaching team are experienced when It comes to providing cricketing alternatives in the event of wet weather.


For outdoor camps, in the case of wet weather our coaches always provide alternative indoor cricket related activities at our venues. Please note we cannot offer cancellations, refunds or credit notes for wet weather summer camp days and it is accepted that you adhere to these terms upon booking with us. 


1-2-1 sessions will be rescheduled.


Timings , Drop off & Collection Procedure: The timings of courses are clear and will be shown in your Information email. We do not offer early and late pick up for cricket camps. 


Parents are required to sign players in and out with a member of the coaching team.


Late collection: All children MUST be collected by 4pm* or the advertised finish time. Your child will be looked after until you arrive, if you are likely to be delayed please notify us on 07975 597885. Century Coaching reserves the right to charge additional fees for late collection of children of £10.00 per child for every period of 15 minutes or part minutes that elapses after the appointed collection time to cover the additional staffing cost.


Upon booking you are agreeing to this protocol. We will contact the people outlined in the contact details if we have no contact from a parent/guardian by 4.15pm*, we will contact Social Services to advise them we have an uncollected child and if no contact can be established by 4.30pm*. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from parents who continually pick up late. Timings are subject to change*. Parents will be made aware of timings upon making their booking and will receive an information email one week prior to the commencement of the camp.


Helmets and Safety Equipment: Century Coaching has strict guidelines on safety. Helmets (with stem guard) and protective padding (including abdominal guard) will be worn at all times in nets and or matches. Borrowing from others will not be permitted, as fitting is paramount. Parents must make sure that their child/young adult have all the necessary equipment when attending ANY cricketing sessions with Century Coaching, failure to do so will result in them being excluded from participating for their own safety.


You accept that there is an inherent risk of injury in our cricket programme


Food and Drink: Century Coaching does not provide food and drink. Please ensure that all food and drinks are in appropriate named containers. We are unable to offer refrigeration. Please see your camp information email about what to send your child with.


Clothing, Footwear and Personal Items: Please ensure that children are dressed appropriately, and that they come prepared with all safety equipment needed to participate in the course. All personal items and money are brought on to the premises at the risk of the individual. Century Coaching cannot accept liability for anything lost or stolen. Please ensure all personal items are clearly named.


Behaviour: Fighting, Bullying, Swearing or any other behaviour deemed anti-social will not be tolerated. Coaches have the right to exclude any individual and refuse them any further courses if that individual’s disruptive behaviour may lead to them endangering themselves or others.


Health: Individuals should not attend courses if they feel unwell. Please be aware that this is a sport where injuries occur and that Century Coaching does not accept liability for any injury incurred whilst training in this sport on our courses. In the unlikely event of injury I agree that 1st Aid will be given as deemed suitable by the duty first Aider.


You consent that we may call upon emergency medical advice for your child if an incident requires it. You accept that we will only administer prescribed drugs, e.g. antibiotics or inhaler, to your child during the camp with your verbal and written consent at the start of each Session/Match.


 Injury/illness: In the case of any participants missing sessions due to injury/illness refunds will be offered minus the standard admin fee (if places can be filled). Only after 3 sessions have been missed will Century Coaching look into a refund (subject to terms and conditions) the initial 3 weeks will not be refunded as short term injuries/illness can not be accounted for.


Security: Individuals should be collected promptly at the end of each course as coaches of Century Coaching are unable to provide care once the course is over and individuals become their Parents/Guardians responsibility.


Media and Marketing: On occasions, pictures and video footage may be used for promotional purposes from our coaching. Please remember, you must opt out of this during the registration process.


Your data will not be shared with any third party. We will occasionally email you regarding latest news camps and courses we are running. If you wish to opt out of our mailing system then please email us with 'Opt Out' to scott@centurycoaching.co.uk

Complaints Procedure: Century Coaching will do everything in its power to provide the best possible standard of care and service at all times. If however you are not satisfied please contact scott@centurycoaching.co.uk


Credit Notes: Credit notes are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the issue date.


Childcare Vouchers: Unfortunately, no we do not accept Child Care Vouchers. We are a Physical Activity & Sports Camp provider. There is no requirement for us to be Ofsted Registered for Non Term Time Activities. 


Gift Voucher: Gift vouchers are non transferrable for the service stated and must be used by expiration date shown. Vouchers are subject to fair usage, and may not be used more than once. To use the voucher please email when booking. Century Coaching reserve the right to cancel/void any vouchers that have been donated/provided for charitable purposes if it is suspected the user has taken advantage of the donation process.
